I am a self taught artist. I paint - acrylics, oil ,watercolours and ink. I recently opened a shop on [Removed]. I try to promote through my [Removed]
But the sad thing is since I don't know many people here I don't know how to promote it here.

I have many more paintings but before I put them on my shop I would like to have a feedback and know where I am going.

I want to know where I can promote my shop .Will you be kind enough to visit my shop and give me a (gentle) feedback.

Shop: [Removed]

Thanks a ton!

Nice paintings.

I'd change the currency if I were you. $ just don't look right.

I also like some of your paintings, is there a possibility of actually seeing some?

You might have competition soon enough - I'm finally getting round to doing some artwork that isn't snaffled instantly by family members...

Welcome to the Forum, and the works look really nice, just as Bob say's, change prices to Francs.

My tip would be to allow peeps to view your work in the flesh, organise some viewings say in bars and restaurants or shops. I'm sure there's plenty of places willing to hang some of your work for either a day (when the punters can meet you) or for longer. If you manage to find somewhere, be sure to publicise it on your home page, newsletter and here, if the venue gets extra visitors to view your work they'll be more likely to host you again.

Good luck!

I hope you are not planning to start a business called "Dougal's Breakfast cafe". Will you have to change your forum ID then?

Ta! I drew it for my Dad's birthday. I'm slowly getting up to the point where I can sell a few (most of them at the moment tend to be presents for family). Did you have something particular in mind?

I'd honestly have to say that anything airplane or aviation is fine.

I am akin to a certain jet called the F-14 ...

But anything that burns Jet-A or Avgas is good.
