Re: Michael Jackson
A real shock, despite his frail health in recent times. Not a particular fan of his myself but I know several people who will be devastated by this. Not least, my friends who had tickets for his comeback tour.
It has also been confirmed on CNN etc. that he passed away at 11.15pm UK time.

The King of Pop is dead
First Farrah, now Michael Jackson. As odd as he got in his later years, one cant deny that he was an amazing entertainer and one helluva talent.

Re: Michael Jackson
Ack! Didnt see this thread and started a new one earlier. Really sad - I am a huge fan despite his eccentric antics. He will be missed.
Mods, please delete my other thread as you see fit. I couldnt find the option to do so! Cheers.

In
exactly the same way as Tom Hanks fell to his death filming in New Zealand in 2006 and Tom Cruise fell to his death filming in New Zealand in 2008, no less:

Re: Michael Jackson
"Michael Jackson's family has asked that he be melted down and turned into kids toys so that the kids can play with him for a change."
And before you get the shits with me for, "too soon" and all that crap, don't tell me you didn't laugh at, "What does Michael Jackson like about 26 year olds?" "There are 20 of them"
I loved his music, don't get me wrong, he was brilliant, and an icon who shaped many of us for a long time. Whilst you may say that he was sad and ed up, for a good 20 years he took other children's youth away.
