This is really good..it's too late to vibrate the window panes with some warm fuzzy bass line, this one is a nice one. Though, I wouldn't necessarily bend the notes.

Yaaaaahhhhh.... dig the initial vibe w/ guittie loops and electronica!!
More or less the direction in which I'd probably like to go right now.
However - out of tune guitts always manage to turn me off, unless we're talking about Marc Ribot, Jeff Beck, or Thurston Moore
In a vaguely similar vein you could check out the Ambient Stringmaster by definition, Mr David Torn, here improvising w/ loops and electric Oud at TEDx last year
And this is she (when I first discovered her vids I was so totally in love with her it was stupid, hehe!).... Might as well dedicate it also to our resident bassplayer @MusicChick

I think these days you got electronic something in every tune, I like the mess of tradition and beebs and loops. Fun fun.
Out of tune, a little bit of it I can have. I wouldn't purposely bend it, since it is so kitch, when it's too much...just a bit of randomness is ok. But I can certainly have that more than wobbly rhythm, that kills instantly. Ugh.

Merci!
I like the Residents, you reminded me, hahahah. And the Ex, amazing female drummer. I need more time for some decent muzzak practice, and gotta quit blowin up amps, jebus. Expensive.

Which really reminds me that one of my good 2014 propositions was to get some string mileage under my callouses and start playing guitar again....
Work on thems, callouses. I am working on mine.
Banjo is growing on me. I used to hate it. I am so into Mumford and Sons these days, it's the banjo. Everything I considered ick, is coming back to me with the utmost appeal, makes me laugh. Celery, beet, olives, trumpets, banjos...I like the challenge.
Anyone any decent banjo bands? It's so in these days. Plus we had a trio band that slowly got enlarged by a banjo and cello when I moved. I like having my bass replaced by a cello. He is good at it.
