For some people, some songs can reach back, throw a grapple hook into the furthest recesses of their brain, and pull out a beautiful memory, and for others something shiny and new can feel so comfortably familiar.
That may be very good but it is blocked (in UK at least)
Edit. The artist and title appeared in my reply but it is still blocked. I take back my comment that it may be good

Reason: More info.
I was watching 'Never Mind the Buzzcocks' a few days ago, and have addicted to this song and need to listen to it on a daily basis at the very least now. I think this video is the basis for the Smashing Pumpkins 'Stand Inside Your love video' which is posted beneath.
This Swiss band, "My Heart Belongs to Cecilia Winter", performed at their 'Plattentaufe' in Zurich earlier this week. I'm sure you'll be able to catch up with them somewhere in Switzerland over the next few weeks.
He's actually playing tonight at the Volkshaus, Tickets are are apparently available on the door, but at 70 chufs I'm going to stick with the weekend drinks.
Happy holidays, sad sick saviour
The leaving lover that I still favour
I won't take your medicine, I don't need a remedy
To be everything I'm supposed to be
I don't want nobody else, I can do it by myself
We're meant to be together
Redo for those who grew up on the Sound of Music, let's aLL SING A ALONG Maalox and nose drops and needles for knitting, Walkers and handrails and new dental fittings, Bundles of magazines tied up in string, These are a few of my favorite things. Cadillac's and cataracts, and hearing aids and glasses, Polident and Fixodent and false teeth in glasses, Pacemakers, golf carts and porches with swings, These are a few of my favorite things.. When the pipes leak, When the bones creak, When the knees go bad, I simply remember my favorite things, And then I don't feel so bad. Hot tea and crumpets and corn pads for bunions, No spicy hot food or food cooked with onions, Bathrobes and heating pads and hot meals they bring, These are a few of my favorite things. Back pains, confused brains, and no need for sinnin', Thin bones and fractures and hair that is thinnin', And we won't mention our short, shrunken frames, When we remember our favorite things. When the joints ache, When the hips break, When the eyes grow dim, Then I remember the great life I've had, And then I don't feel so bad.
Adriana Calcanhotto has always a good song for any day... this is just one of the most magnificent, beautiful and simple song I ever heard:Butterfly or Borboleta in Portuguese, it goes like this:
No lago zulu
O casulo de seda
Da larga lagarta
Do corpo de estrela
Virada no vento
Não vai mais rasteira
Terá vida nova
