Re: EF stats - very interesting - i think so..

Wow!!

Gone are the days of 140 posts per day, as used to be the case with some of our Mega-Stars (in their own minds....)

Today it seems that 5 posts put you on the Most Posted Page!

Confucius Says:
Man who sneezes without tissue takes matters in his own hands.
Man who cut self while shaving, lose face.
Man who pushes piano down mineshaft get tone of A flat miner.
Empty vessel make the most noise.
And: No noise is sound of one hand clapping.

Quality over quantity....plus the diaspora of some of the heavy hitters, has made the EF a very comfortable place IMO.

Or simply, has all been said and done ?
.... time for a new generation of wannabe writers to find a voice so that they may see ?

daily tibits, little snippets of ordinary lives witnessed here and there, and so for a few instants they are extraordinary.

Yet those who really enjoyed or perhaps needed to write and who may have done so over several years, do come back often, if only to reflect on their thought process of the time.. or maybe to measure from then to now.

The weather has been fantastic for the few months. Too nice to waste time on the lack of brown sugar.
