| | Sit Down!!!! (mens toilet habits)
I hate to have guest at home who leaves a disgusting amount of yellow splash all around the toilet, on the wall and on the floor!
Can a man just learn to sit and not stand to pee like a donkey? |

Men are biologically designed not to sit when peeing. Women are. There was a design for men's toilet seats once, but it was too expensive to manufacture / there was no demand, so remains a design abstract.
Not paying attention though is unforgiveable. |

You could stick a picture of George Bush, Osama BL, Simon Cowell etc.. on the inside of the toilet bowl..... men like to have something to aim at.

Men do not sit down to pee, women sit down to pee. I cannot see this changing except when we eventually evolve beyond a corporeal state, millions of years in the future.
Believe it or not, most men don't pee everywhere unless generally horribly drunk, there is no light on, or they are a builder.

Can a man just learn to sit and not stand to pee like a donkey? | | | | | Another bugbear with me is when guests come and decide they need to do a number two. Why the hell do they have to use the toilet brush to aid the passage of the solids down the toilet??
I've had to replace SEVEN brushes since I came here because of the unsuitable (and decidedly sticky) bristle state of the brush after it's impromptu use as a poo poker.
For God's sake!!!
(Sorry if you have just sat down with your lunchtime sandwich... )

Hubby is going to hate me if he finds out I shared this but... he sits down. I think my sis-in-law says my brother does also (he didn't always ) but as he's in the navy and out to sea a lot, I imagine it has become a habit begun initially to keep from making a mess while under way.
I think the reason for hubby's habit though is that the bathroom in the apartment where he grew up was a nightmare... I don't even think I can give it justice with a description BUT it was designed very poorly - the drain was at the very front instead of back and there wasn't a bowl, more of a ledge that wasn't very far down even. With the design, I imagine anyone taller than the average 8yo would have problems with splash even more than aim.

That is digusting! Although, I did have a foreign exchange student, won't mention the country, that would not lift the toilet seat and pissed all over it and the floor. I had to correct him quickly on that one...

I used to stand up and pee but lady of the house forced me to sit down. My snake is so long that it touches the dirty toilet water. Now I just coil my private part before sitting down Time consuming but what can I do? |

You've just described a shelf toilet, very typical in Germany. |
