This story makes me cry actually... or maybe it's my hormones

Anyhow, it is a good story about a man and how much he values his cat.

Hopefully the publicity will make people keep a lookout for the cat especially if the thief tries to sell it on...

Hmm. Values it enough to leave it tied up and unattended on the streets.
