The UK’s Gender Trust welcomed the case. A spokesman said: “Many people like the idea of being genderless.”
I always wondered why Britain is not an empire anymore.

Does that mean we'll need new toilets?
However on the upside, in future years when your girlfriend asks you: "So go on, how many women have you slept with" you can then shrug, and quite truthfully answer: "I'm not really sure".

I've actually met Norrie. Norrie used to live in Perth and I was a very young bank teller back in the late 80's. Norrie came in to open an account with me and as I was processing to the system it came to the required field "title". Mr/Mrs/Ms/Sir/Dr etc, obviously Norrie had objections to the gender specific titles and had yet to be knighted, so we had a problem. After a bit of discussion in the office, we found we could over-ride a make a custom selection. I suggested "The" and Norrie was well pleased. So from then on we had our customer "The Norrie". I should add that other than the very strong stance on gender, Norrie seemed quite a normal person.
It is just "Norrie" without that surname, as the name was changed to that legally. http://www.smh.com.au/nsw/ag-backtra...ml?autostart=1

I met Norrie at university - doing a gender studies course. My experience was similar. This person has an issue with gender, any gender, and thinks we should not use these labels at all...and spends a lot of time promoting their ideas...

Unhappy as a man, unhappy as a woman.
Will being genderless make any difference?

Whatever they are; if they nag , have a headache, can't park to save the universe and think talking about pubic hair is disgusting, then they're a woman in my books.

There always has to be one difficult ars****e who has a bone to pick, and because we live in a society that is so obsessed with political correctness and diversity to a level so far beyond warped that we accept this and let them promote their delirious view of the world.
We let them dictate to us that we are abnormal, oppresive and insensitive to people who are just plain mentally unstable and they should be allowed to be whoever they want to be without judgement in doing so we accept their judgement on ourselves.
Where will this madness lead us to? I firmly believe people like this need psychiatric help not a new status.
When this guy was born he had a penis and testicles, he was born male, had these removed replace with something else then had that removed. This MAN is a EUNUCH plain and simple.

With all the people having operations, we forget that some people that are born both sexes - with boy bits and girl bits. Sometimes (usually) the doctors and parents then choose a sex for the child. This is not always a good thing.
But the concept of being neither male nor female is not new. They are called hermaphrodite and have been around as long as snails have.

I think this is great for people that are born a Hermaphrodite, now they don't have to chose if they don't want to or are not able to, I believe that if they were born with both sexes why can't they be both male and female a non-gender. After all this is how they were born, they didn't ask for it.

| | Re: The World's First Legally Genderless Person | Quote: | | | | | I'm shocked something called the UK Gender Trust even exists. | | | | | I was equally shocked so looked them up. It's actually a charity. | Quote: | | | | Welcome to Gender Trust online, the largest Registered Charity (no. 1088150) helping adults throughout the United Kingdom who are Transsexual, Gender Dysphoric, Transgender (i.e. those who seek to adjust their lives to live as women or men, or come to terms with their situation despite their genetic background), or those who's lives are affected by gender identity issues. | | | | | Odd that they claim to be the largest registered charity. But then, if you read the sentence correctly without the charity number then they are only really claiming to be the largest charity that helps transexual adults etc.
Anyway, I agree with Simon. There are some people out there that used to be referred to as "eccentric". Now these twunts are able to impose their chosen lifestyle on the rest of us because of political correctness. Madness.
