hi - I'm hoping someone in the EF world would be able to point me in the right direction to rent some workshop space. We're looking for around 50 - 80 square metres in a secure area mainly for carpentry type work. I haven't found the right type of places on homegate or comparis.. I guess I'm looking for a werkstatt(??)

We live in Volketswil, Zurich, so of course, anything near here would be brilliant!
