Sorry for another question but I'm not clear on the TV piece. I have 2 brand new LED TVs that I will bring from the US (I guess they will cost me around CHF 5K there). Do you recommend me to bring them? Transportation is not an issue. Will they work with CH cable / dish?

You can bring your TV, as long as you buy a power converter 110v to 240v. You also need the coverter for PAL vs NTSC. Yo can buy both on ebay and ship it with your TV. Power converter is about $50 and PAL/NTSC coverter is about $140. I got both coverters in US before shipping my TV. (just make sure you buy the connection wires from US)

With new TV's this is not always necessary. There are multi system TVs out there and because they are like monitors they also have dual voltage. You have to check the specifics of your Tv or the Tv you want to buy/bring over.
