Historical Rental properties / Prices

Hi,

does anyone know if there are websites out there which hold historicial information for rental properties?

Im trying to identify the expected cost of how much properties normally go for and what time of year people generally move.

I've found that comparis has numbers of properties rented in the past but doesn't have any much more than that.

many thanks
