Hello!

I'll be working in Liechtenstein and I want to know which could be the best city/town near by where I could live in CH? I'm concerned about the taxes in different Kantons 'cause they can differ greatly between them but I don't have any knowledge about it. I've heard that Buchs and Sargans are OK and they are not far away. I'm looking for a town where I can find mostly everything and it won't be too boring.

Also I was wondering if somebody has information about the prices of apartments in those areas. My gross income will be around 6500 CHF monthly(which I don't know if is enough) and I'll plan to live in a small flat maybe with a couple of rooms. Do you think is OK with that salary?

Try looking at Buchs, SG and the towns around that Stadt.

Sargans might also be a good choice.

Yes, Buchs is the main town for people working in FL but living in CH, Sargans is a bit further away but has better rail connections to the restof CH.

It depends on how long you want your commuting time to be. Quite a few people living in or around Chur work in Liechtenstein. I've no idea what the drive is like during the rush hour, but normally it's about half an hour (ish) I think. Buchs and Sargans are nice enough, but can be a bit limited.
