Are there site to sublet?

Is there someone here who had an experience in subrenting an appartment for six months or a few months? We don't want to let our appartment empty while we are travelling this winter, but I don't really know how to proceed and where to offer my flat?
I would also be interested in a template for the contract of subrent.
Thank you in advance for all information you can give to me.

Hello, did you use this site or any other site for your sublet? I would like to sublet my flat from Oct or November and trying to find out if this is generally ok in Zurich? The only reason is that I want to keep the basement storage to save some things there while living abroad...

Any suggestions if subletting is normally ok and what I need to do, sign, contract etc. not to risk anything

Thanks,
Johan
