Erlentor Apartments: TV options and rules

Thanks to this forum, I found this complex in the Basel area, which looks very promising.

But one thing I have promised my lovely wife is that we will obtain access to Japanese language television.

Are satellite dishes permitted in this complex? How about cable access? Which companies service? Any chance these would have Japanese TV? Swisscom and Cablecom do not appear to do so. But maybe there is another alternative?

Also, in general, how is it living in Erlentor? Would you recommend this as a home to prospective expatriates?

Alex,

I assumed you've moved in now. How have you found Erlentor? A sense of community or a faceless complex??
