Any experience with CH-Reinigungen [cleaning company]

Dear All,

I've been collecting offers from cleaning companies to do my moving out cleaning. The offers including guarantee (Übergabe garantie) ranged between 600-1100 Euro for a 2-room apartment (50m2). The lowest offer came from CH-Reinigungen GmbH in Dietikon.

Does any one have experience with this cleaning company?

Regards,
Grey

How did you go in the end? Did they offer you a rate per m2? I have no idea what rates are normal in this country

Were you happy with the resutls by the way?

They offered the price based on how many rooms there are in the apartment - unlike other cleaning companies who offered per m2. For a 2,5 (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, balcony) plus shampooing the carpet, they offerred me 600 CHF with guarantee.

They were present during the apartment handover to do any remaining cleaning required by the landlord/lady. In my case my landlady hired a handover inspector from an independent institution. This lady inspector was very strict and professional. She even swept the top side of the doors with her hand to check if there is any dust!

At the end I was very happy with this cleaning company. They dealt with the inspector lady, I just arranged the other non-cleaning issues with my landlady (e.g. handover of keys, payment of remaining utilities cost, etc.)

FYI, in total I got four offers from cleaning companies, ranging from 600-1100 CHF! It really pays to compare prices and service.

Re: Any experience with CH-Reinigungen [cleaning company]

I used ch-reinigungen.ch for end of tenancy cleaning recently. For a 3-room apartment in Zurich I had quotes ranging from 1190 to 700. CH-reinigungen was the joint cheapest. The cleaner was present at the handover and there were a few things he had to clean again but I got all my deposit back and am glad I didn't go with one of the more expensive companies.
