Hi guys,

Not long moved into our new rented flat in downtown Neuchâtel and was wondering if anyone could advise us on an electricity supplier. Viteos was the one that our letting agent suggested, but since they have been quite useless at telling us anything of worth I thought I would ask EF; if they are the only suppliers and if anyone has had any problems with them?

Hope this isn't too vague.

For private individuals, there currently isn't any choice in electricity supplier for the time being no matter where you live in Switzerland. Your local utilities provider (Viteos, ex ENSA Electricité Neuchateloise SA) is your only choice... and competition in this country is only likely to drive up the prices for individuals, but that's a separate matter altogether.
