Searching for a Miet/Kauf house

Does anybody know of any search engines where you have the option to search for miet/kauf houses in switzerland? I know all the popular websites but none give this option. Is there a specific website or is there a company who specialises in this

cheers very much

i dont really see what you are asking?
like rent to buy is what you are looking for?
That concept is VERY little known if at all in Switzerland.

Most (if not all) of them give you the option to search rent or buy.

Re: Searching for a Miet/Kauf house

gratis-inserate.ch sometimes has these, put the words together 'mietkauf'

for example:

Re: Searching for a Miet/Kauf house

Hi guys,

thanks for the replies, for those of you who are not familier with Mietkauf....

You can rent a house over a specific period (ie 5 yrs) and at the end of the 5 years you can buy it. The money which you have paid in rent will be partially refunded to you (ie 30%) to help you put a downpayment on the house

In other words, the seller takes the risk that, were the sale mortgage financed, would be borne by the bank. So they get the customers that banks refuse to lend to, usually because they do not have a deposit. Only desperate sellers or those selling at inflated prices choose that route, everybody else is happy to receive all of their money straight away thank you very much.

I have spent a good part of the last six years talking folks out of Mietkauf. I have yet to see one that worked.
