The fact that it can't be proven doesn't change that it happened. Yes, you can get away with it, same as driving on an old license or getting health insurance six months too late. Getting away with it doesn't change your legal obligations, just the ability of someone to enforce them.

well i agree. but i still do not know which theoretically would be my legal obligations since i was supposed to move in the 28th, for one month test sublease, before becoming Mieter (?).
