A cleaning company has come round and quoted CHF360 for twice monthly regular cleaning of a flat with 3 bedrooms, office, kitchen, living/dining area and 2 bathrooms. Does that seem reasonable?

I know i may be able to get it cheaper through a private cleaner but i don't want the hassle that goes with that.

I think the quote above is probably a good one and just below average, however I just want to check before i sign them up.

Any thoughts welcome.

We pay around 210CHF for 3 hours cleaning every two weeks. That includes insurance and it's through a registered company so no issues with getting in trouble. How many sq m's is your apartment?

ours is 135sqm. the guy said that if i was to get quotes from other agencies they would be likely to be around CHF500 for the same. i haven't got any other quotes yet though as the one other agency in zug never came back to me.

Sounds about right to me. Our place is around 100sqm I think so it seems comparable on price seeing as it will probably take an hour or so longer than it takes our cleaner to do ours.
