It costs about 17chf and I went to the commune to get it. They give it to you there and then...it is just a stamped print-out.

go to the betreibung office - typically in the gemeinde . pay 20swissies and they give you a paper so your son is a nice boy and pays all bills

whilst you are it, maybe ask them for a couple of certified copies . probably 1 buck each, so that he can have some on hand for future.
