Rental cost in Montrux

Hey awesome ppl,
Whats the average rental cost of apartments in Montrux near by the train station? I found one like 10 minuts away from station, has lake veiw(not exactly full view), 2 rooms + living room with kitchen and toilet cost = 2000 CHF is this price normal around that area??

Yes. Seems about average. Some are more. Some are less.
