Look at the bright side...

Something you might want to think about is that DSL speed is related to how close to the exchange that you are located. For example, where I live now, I have to get Cable Internet because I live too far from the exchange to get the faster than the slowest DSL service from ATT. Likewise, your SWISSCOM mobile phone service would get 5 bars of perfect coverage and your mobile data download would be faster, calls clearer and the battery will last longer. Many people would be jealous about this.

By the way, as long as you aren't naked or having sex when the guy walks through your yard, maybe not such a big deal. I have to deal with it now as the gardeners come once a week unannounced although always on Tuesday, likewise the pool guys just let's himself through the gate too. We at least make the cleaning lady ring the door bell because she comes into the house through the front door. Although the main difference are these are my own service providers (actually, the landlord pays the gardener and pool guy) you might think of those Swisscom guys in a different light after you realize you'll be getting better service for your handy and internet.
