For the tender of my apartment cleaning. I have offers from 450-1300 chuffs. Has anyone used this website before? The users have feedback history, which of course can be faked (some actually could be on inspection). I asked for a guarantee, so am kind of covered.

I'm not sure whether to just choose the cheapest or go for the user that looks more experienced/recommended etc

Anyone have any experience here?

Think I will take a mid price reputable offer.

I would consider those with written and enforceable guarantees including guaranteed to satisfy the landlord for a normal and proper exit.

I used it when I was looking for someone to do my bathroom - had few offers and even arranged appointments to get the quotes. In the end, I didn't take any of them, but found someone else in ofri with great reviews - I got in touch directly and hired him to do the work...

...bottom line, it is reliable, but not more than any recommendation you could get from people you know if the number of reviews isn't significant.

I used this company http://www.elite-trans.ch/ in the past for removal+cleaning... they did a good job and I got my deposit back without any deduction.

It's been 10 years since the last time but what I do is I get a fixed price, the cleaners are present when the flat is handed over and can fulfill the landlord's extra wishes (or argue them ) directly.
I'm just present, looking pretty and grab the signed ok-paper from the landlord at the end
