I asked a very good Swiss friend of 'me' (

) to be present when I did mine even though the Lettings Agency representative spoke excellent English and I understand German pretty well. The form was in German in my case. Also, my friend had extensive experience of property rentals and lettings and knew exactly what to look out for.
