As you know, contracts for accommodation in Fribourg are concluded for a fixed period of time, usually longer than an actual semester. This is fine if you want to stay between semesters here, but I’m finishing my program before Christmas and I hate that I have to pay for January even though I will not live in that room anymore then. Any tips on how could I get out of the situation without paying extra or where should I look for a person to take over my contract from the 1st of January? 10X
