We are thinking of moving to another flat/house within the same town and don't necessarily want to have to wait until March to give 3 months' notice.

Does anyone have any advice on how to find a tenant to take over the contract (where to advertise etc.), how long the process might take, any pitfalls etc.

We have rented our existing home for close to 3 years if that makes a difference!
