Heads up for apartments going on sale on the border of Zurich (Glattpark)

The website with the sales details went up yesterday, one place is already reserved - Wright House. I'm posting this because I live in this area and think it's great, plus I would never have heard of the place if a friend hadn't told me about it - I was completely obsessed with looking in Zurich itself. So if you are looking for a 2.5 - 4.5 room place to buy in town, and starting to think it can't be done for less than a million francs - here's an opportunity to be almost in Zurich but not pay the Zurich price. The tram stop for the number eleven is right at your door and the airport is ten minutes away on the ten or twelve. The plane noise is not as bad as they make out. Oh and it's a different building company to mine. Just saying... Also, I am in no way affiliated, just want to help out.

Re: Heads up for apartments going on sale on the border of Zurich (Glattpark)

Just to clarify - I'm not an estate agent, investment consultant or bank, so queries regarding how to buy a place, what it costs, bank fees, what the return on investment will be etc. need to be answered either by using the forum search function or asking the professionals.

What I can tell you is that the prices are not negotiable and if anything, you will pay a little more if you want fancy extras like a steamer oven. Although the budget for the kitchen and flooring is really quite generous. But you ALWAYS need more plugs than are included in the price and the good thing about buying before the first stone has been put down is that you can add on things like more plugs etc.

Also, can a mod please correct my frenchified thread title spelling? Thanks.
