Bathroom paint

Does anyone know where I can get paint for the bathroom ceiling, preferably in some place accessible by tram/bus in Geneva? The shower area is not ventilated, and it looks like the humidity has made it start to peel at the corners.

Does Migros or Coop carry this?

Thanks!

Re: Bathroom paint

"Migro-Do-it" near LaPraille shopping centre should have it

Yes, migrosbrico have it, La Praille as Grynch said. Look for special ceiling paint, peinture plafond or similar, always white. But if you have a moisture problem, best to fix that first or you will keep having to repaint it.

Great, thanks! I have been to LaPraille once, I'll check that out.

Preparation, preparation, preparation.

May need to strip away all layers of old paint, and apply at least 2 coats - 2 products may be required - undercoat/primer and top coat/finish.
Paint should be specifically suited to damp conditions.
If applicable, water-based is preferable to solvent-base, due to better application, easier cleaning afterwards and less pungent smell.
