Re: SwissCaution

Swiss caution is great. Saves you having to stump up huge cash that your likely have to fight for to get back.

It helps go hand in hand with this ideology that although you pay huge rents to live here, the apartments post leaving should look as good if not better than when you moved in. Hence 20-50% of your large cash reserve is stolen from you effectively.

you're an idiot
That's a bit harsh but true nonetheless. Swisscaution is NOT a savings account.

Re: SwissCaution

I don't know how SwissCaution works, but if they paid 5,200 on your behalf and you haven't repaid them that money, why would you expect anything back? My guess is you owe them the outstanding unpaid money so I'd check on that if I were you.

Re: SwissCaution

swisscaution is just an insurance policy, no money would have been paid to a landlord or anyone else

The money you paid every year wasn't towards the 5200CHF. It was a fee for them parting with their 5200CHF.

If you overpaid then that's another matter.

I can only assume since this is your first and only post that you're trolling.
