I'm not sure going public helps further. Have you tried a registered letter instead of e-mail or phone call? I know, so old school but also so Swiss.
I don't need anything much from them, apart from a date when I can drop the keys and go. Also I'm not too keen on feeding the post 7CHF per "email" only so that they listen. They get the emails alright (I'm getting a ticket number back and everything), they choose to ignore people.

Yesterday I called them to ask about this particular case. "I have to forward you to another department, would you like a call back?" Ofc noone ever calls back.

I once lost the badge to the garage. It took them a week to authorize the garage company to replace the card for me even though me calling every single day. I got the same answer then "it's another department", like the people handling the phone calls are not authorized/able to do anything at all.

Re: Don't Rent from Wincasa

We never had problems with Wincasa and am quite surprised people have such negative experiences with them. Keep calling them.

Re: Don't Rent from Wincasa

We rented our previous place via Wincase. I agree they're absolutely terrible, but I guess most of the bigger Verwaltungen are.

Re: Don't Rent from Wincasa

We got the confirmation of our Nachmieter, finally.

I gave them notice on the 2nd July, it took them 10 weeks, 3 calls and 4 emails from my side to accept a single candidate and do the paperwork.

Appalling performance.
