Buy a pipe wrench in Zurich

Where could I buy a pipe wrench?

I live near Bahnhof Altstetten in Zurich if that matters.

I don't know if it matters or not, but there must be a Co-op Bau&Hobby, a Migro-do-it or a Jumbo somewhere around. Or an old-fashioned ironmonger, perhaps more likely in an old central area.

It's not as if a pipe wrench (I assume this is what I'd know as a "Stillson" in the UK) is a particularly unusual tool here, so anywhere that sells tools should stock them.

Re: Buy a pipe wrench in Zurich

Pipe wrenches of the classic Stillson type are more difficult to find than plumber wrenches (more the Johansson kind of thing), which are available at just about any source mentioned by Ace1.

Stillson pipe wrenches can be found at hardware stores and many of the bigger outlets according to Ace1's list. The only German term I know is Stillson Rohrzange, whereas a Johansson wrench usually is just called a Rohrzange.

Stillson wrenches are available also at Distrelec; sorry, only in German and French and not exactly what I would call cheap.
