Underground parking - whats the deal with the scooters?

Okay these things are like mosquitos on the road and now we have underground parking, these bl@@dy things are parked everywhere.

New build new parking space which is okay for us even though we have a big car turns into a ten point turn trying to dodge these instead of being able to do it in two.

I have put a note on them and ask them to come and see me, why not?

They are not parked in designated spaces, they block my free access they are in a common area for driving, these bl@@dy things are even just around the corners so you cannot even have two lanes of traffic as it is supposed to be.

Just in case there are any motorbike riders out there who feel left out there are a couple of those monsters lurking around as well.

Not a complaint, I can sort this out myself, just wonder if other people experience this situation.
