Notify landlord of pregnancy?

We are expecting a baby in October, and I'm wondering what obligation we have to notify the landlady. We are subleasing an apartment in Zurich until April 2013. Should I let the lady know that a third person will be living here starting in October? And if so, when do we tell her? (We have a slightly uneasy history with this lady, so I'd like to approach this in the right time and manner if possible.)

Also, would she have any right to terminate our sublease earlier than the original contract? Or would we have the right if we wanted to move out earlier?

Thanks in advance for any helpful info.

You only have to notify after-the-fact, when there are actually more people living in there.
I wouldn't worry before you return from the hospital after delivery.
And even then, it's a quick phonecall, AFAIK.

Guess a little depends on whether the Landlord was instrumental in production.....

A contract is a contract, she cannot temrinate earlier that agreed and you can on the proviso you give her somebody else willing to take over the lease at same terms and conditions.
