"No Dues Certificate" in Basel-Stadt

Hello EFers,

I am new to EF and Basel, though, not to Switzerland.

I need to provide the No Dues certificate while renting an apartment. Though tried to search over internet for the office location, I failed as most of the sites are in german and when I try to translate I am not sure about the Office name. So, here is my post.

1. Does anyone know the office location?
2. Opening hours?
3. If I can get it on behalf of my husband (will carry authority letter) ?

Thanks
Pretty

Welcome to the forum.

Betreibungsauskunft is German word ( several threads exist on this matter when searched ).

BL website in DE

BS website

Fee is normally CHF17 for an extract, good for 3 months if being used for housing applications.
