advice on getting mattress cleaned please (moving out)

We are due to move out from our flat at the end of the month and are still deciding between cleaning it ourselves or getting a cleaning company. I have been reading the threads about issues regarding the apartment handover inspection and am getting really, really worried about it. But my biggest concern now is the mattresses.

We have two small kids (a one-year-old and a three-year-old who is only partially toilet-trained) and despite our efforts to prevent bedtime accidents, they have happened a couple of times. Now two of the mattresses have stains on them and they smell of urine. Is there any way of getting them cleaned? Or can the landlady claim from our liability insurance to get new mattresses to replace these old ones? Or we have to pay for new ones? (We really do not want to pay for new ones for them because these mattresses are really lousy and gave us backaches for the past year. We might as well have bought new ones for ourselves to use when we moved in.)

Does anyone have any good and reliable cleaning company to recommend in Bern?

Thanks in advance.
