Sublet-ted flat: The tenant scummed other tenants

Hi all,
I have subletted a flat, and the tenant at some point decided to make a WG out of it (flat sharing) with another 2 tenants. I agreed because they were already in. He scummed them, he was living in the biggest room (the lvining room) and having the bets conditions and paying less than each of them.

Is there some place I could complain?
This person is a real a$$hole. It would be great if other potential flat providers avoid him.
