"Visum" on rental contract

Hi,

I'm trying to fill out a rental contract, and on the bottom of every page it says "Visum" and has a dotted line. I thought "Visum" meant "visa," so I can't figure out what it means in this context. (My guess was that one is supposed to initialize every page on that line?)

Anyone know? The Googles do nothing.

Thanks.

Re: "Visum" on rental contract

Yeah, mostly.

Except for the bit about the firstborn child, which confused me somewhat.
