New furniture/furnishings store in Weil am Rhein / Binzen.

went past this place the other week, its not been open too long, looks like it will give ikea etc and the other large furniture places in rheinfelden a run for the money......

Re: New furniture/furnishings store in Weil am Rhein / Binzen.

went there today, easy parking even on saturday afternoon

they have around 200 (though i suspect the real number is higher!) sofas on display. though quite expensive. average seems to be about 12- 1700 euro.

i saw some that i seem to recognize from conforama but cant confirm 100% though conforama would be a lot cheaper!

some include the delivery and fitting, some do not.

in that case it is €80 for delivery and fitting upto 500kms from the store.

swiss deliveries are no problem, they deduct the german MWST, add the swiss 8% and add 1% for doing so, not much of a difference TBH at end of the day.

eg. sofa €1600 (1933chf) swiss price inc swiss tax €1464 (1769chf) saving €134 (161chf)

lots of beds and spawn bed sets also.

its not ikea pricing thats for sure.

Re: New furniture/furnishings store in Weil am Rhein / Binzen.

Thanks for the info! I've been wanting a new sofa for ages and, once I can talk my husband into it, I plan to go up to somewhere in Germany to have a look.

I just wish really comfortable sofas weren't so hard to find here. It seems like the majority of them are a bit stiff.
