We are moving from Basel to Zurich and looking for a high quality living space (ca 200 sqm) close to Zurich and ZIS. We are permanently on homegate, home.ch etc... but no luck yet. Thanks for any suggestions, links or info on any housing opportunities :-)

Which campus and do you already have a 100% confirmed place for your kids at ZIS ?

Assuming you are talking the senior campus, we live in Adliswil, and I would suggest contacting directly Verit AG, who manage the 'Grüt park' development which is very close to the ZIS senior campus. I know the tenants in the top floor penthouse are moving out some time soon...

Taxes in Adliswil are lower than Zurich but slightly higher than Kilchberg, but the rents are lower, and there's quite a lot of new development...

Otherwise, Dietlimoos is the development right next to the ZIS senior campus, and I would again try the agency directly rather than waiting for homegate...

Alternatively, I would find out where the ZIS school bus goes, and choose a location based on the bus access for the kids to get to their school.

We are moving out of our stunning +200sqm flat with gorgeous views due to personal reasons in mid March. We're in Oberrieden, great tax rate and a short distance drive to ZIC. We are due to advertise in Homegate this weekend but if you want a sneak preview before we post... just let me know.
