Renting out my flat in Basel: Any agencies deal with English landlords?

Hi... can't believe I've only just found this forum, would have been so handy over last 3 years!

Time for me to leave Switzerland for a bit now though and actually things are getting difficult again.

I own a flat in Basel and have found a tenant for it already. I dont want to sell it as I may move back in the future. I understand all the tax implications and I'm fine with all of that.
My trouble is that I've had no luck at all finding an agent to handle this. Have contacted the main letting firms, including the one that acts as administrator to the building the house is in. My German is not very good, although I do try but it seems the hassle of dealing with an English person is not to their liking!

Does anyone know any English speaking property/letting agents based in Basel?
Or anyone know of anyone/firm/association in Basel that acts as multilingual Personal Assistants or something?

Any help appreciated...

Talk to Meggie at Kiwi Homes. See if you can work something out with her. She speaks English.
