Reporting small faults in Ubergabe Protokoll

Hello everyone,

I have just been handed over an apartment. It is in a new building and I am the second tenant here - meaning that everything was brand new when the previous person was moving in.

The handover was done by landlord's assistant (a girl in early twenties) in a presence of a previous tenant. The assistant took a note of some obvious faults but she did not include minor faults in the Protokoll.

Therefore, I have a question regarding reporting small faults such as these in the pictures attached. Should I send an update to the landlord regarding those? They look like a normal wear & tear, but read lots of nightmare stories about landlords over here, so just want to make sure.

Thank you in advance!
