Agency which pays your deposit for you.. anyone experience? [swisscaution]

Hi there,

I've been looking at a couple of sites like www.swisscaution.ch which pay your rental deposit for you.

Has anyone experience with this?

To me it seems attractive with deposits being 3 months. This would alleviate cash to invest in furniture, etc. Or generally just nice to have it around right.

Do all landlords accept this?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Alan
