New Tenant Form (German)

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to handover my rental contact to a new tenant so i can get out of it early. I know I need to present the candidates to the landlord and a least 1 good one that matches so that I can leave.

I'm looking for a sample form to present to candidates to get their information in German, basically a tenant application form. Anyone know where I can get one?

Thanks,

Re: New Tenant Form (German)

Your landlord should have this. If you have given notice and requested permission to find a nachmieter, you should have asked for forms if none were provided with the confirmation of your notice from your landlord.

Some of the larger rental agencies have these forms online.

Failing that you can purchase them from the HEV in Zurich.

Usually, the Regie should have these forms. If you send them the written notice, they will provide you with all the forms if asked, as it's in their own interest.
