Sorry, Trisodium Phosphate (Laugenpulver).

When I have a bunch of small car parts to clean I put them in the basket of an old deep fat fryer and boil them in a TSP solution. They come out degreased (and usually free of any paint, Loctite, or Silicone caulking).

I let the water evaporate off once the soup gets really disgusting and dispose of the solid in the garbage.
