Vorzeitige Kündigung [early lease termination] - need to explicit a reason?

Hi,
I'm drafting my vorzeitige Kündigung, but I'm a bit puzzled by the Mietverband template (http://www.mieterverband.ch/smv_mubrief_vorz_aus.0.html) where they suggest to explicit the reason one is leaving the apartment for:
P { margin-bottom: 0.08in; }

"Zu der Rückgabe des Mietobjektes gemäss Artikel 264 OR sehe ich mich gezwungen, [z.B.: weil ich in Kürze meinen Arbeitsplatz wechseln muss]."

[Google translated: At the return of the leased property in accordance with Article 264 OR I am forced [eg: because I have to change my job soon]]

Does anybody have experience with that? Is it really needed?

You only have to give a reason if your landlord requests it.
