Next to rates what to check with mortgage?

Hi all,

i think i have found decent rates with a decent company (what i think)

Am putting big art in 10yr and smaller in 5yr in case i decide after 5 years that i want to buyback this part of the loan.

Next to the rates and possibility to buyback part of the mortgage before expiry of the 5 or 10yr (which will result in a fine everywhere i believe) :

is there something else important that i might oversee?

Thanks !

If property prices fall, you will have a cash call to increase your deposit. It happened in the 90's.
