i am EU, new buy in Switzerland, with Permis B, and i am being living at my father's house to save some money at the beginning of this journey.

But now my girlfriend (she is not EU, she is SouthAmerican) get pregnant. I would like to bring her (after i marry her!!), but i would like to move to a cheap, not so many rooms house (since he/she is a little baby at the first year).

I know that switzerland have laws about this, and i don't want that the Aargauer Auslandsamt prohibits her to come because i just moved to a 2 zimmer house (i mean: one sleeping room) (before or after giving birth)

- Is there laws for how many rooms should one family with kids have??
- When do i have to have a room for my new born baby son?

I am really waiting anxious. I whant to move this month

That being said, we are 5 in a (big) 2 bedrooms (3.5 rooms in Vaud lingo). But hey, I'm Swiss so nobody puts his nose in my stuff

My step daughter lives with her 1 1/2 year old in a 2 bedroom (3 rooms in TI lingo), but he sleeps in the living room as the second bedroom is used as a junk room.

Oh, and she's Swiss and her apartment is paid for by social assistance, so I imagine that it's the legal minimum in her case.
