leaving furnished apartment questions

hi all, do i have paint walls that have been scrtched due to usage. ?

No you don't, if it is normal usage it is included in the rent. If it is more than normal wear then the landlord can make you responsible for it. If you have a insurance for such things (Haftpflichtversicherung) then this insurance will come up for it.

You are not the first to ask the question. Maybe ask your landlord to inspect the apartment a month
before you leave, and find out what you need to do... Haftpflicht insurance will pay some of the damage.
