Where to locate off-plan property

Hi.

Looking to buy off-plan in Zürich.

I can find buildings once they're being advertised and are built - but unlike in London, new developments don't seem to be heavily advertised before release. Or at least, if they are, I can't see where.

What we'd like is a new condo/apartment in a brand new tower - a few have appeared, and I understand from media that there are a few more of these going up - the building at http://98.hardturmpark.ch is just the sort of thing. Looking for something in a large-scale development, with views.

Does anyone know of any more large scale towers or developments currently being planned or in the first stages of building? Or, any good agent or website that may specialise in this sort of thing.

Thanks for any help!

Re: Where to locate off-plan property

I double this request. Word of mouth doesn't sound much like 21st century tool. I saw a publication from Svit Aargau, but that's limited to a few offers from local immobilien agencies. Any CH-wise registry or anything of that sort?

Re: Where to locate off-plan property

I'm not sure you're going to see many more high-rises.
It turns out that they only make sense with very high rents and those are surprisingly difficult to achieve on a large scale.
