Looking for a good "Baumeister" in the Zürich Region

Hello Before buying a home I would like a good "Baumeister" to check the most important things (structure, heating, electricity etc) - and give feedback about the state. I shall be grateful for recommendations! Language is not an issue.

bump - since no one has a recommendation for a Baumeister ---- how did you, when you bought a home, make sure that everything was functioning normally? An Architect for also this kind of stuff? Thanks for the inputs.

Re: Looking for a good "Baumeister" in the Zürich Region

I have built from plan twice here. Once with a developer (Uster AG of Wädenswil) and once with an Architect's practice (Jegge und Mohn of Feraltdorf).

It's a question of inspecting everything carefully yourself and a bit of a leap of faith. We had a few small issues with both, but these were resolved to our full satisfaction.

Baumeister was the employee of the builders', so not necessarily on the buyer's side...

I contacted the HEV and they gave me some names and I got one of them to give me a report. You could try them.
